Wednesday, August 30, 2017. Here’s what’s happening:
Attention Students: Drop & Add slips are available in the school counselor’s office. All forms are due no later than September 6th.
Attention Students: Anyone interested in being a Viking Volunteer or LHS tutor, please see Miss Nogales or Mrs. Adair for an application. Applications are due no later than September 13th.
Students that wish to participate in this year's Rally for Recovery, see Mrs. Frederick for permission slips. The date is much earlier this year and forms are due by this Friday, Sept. 1.
Though the library will not open (officially) until September 11th, the search is on for Students Library Assistants. If you would like to serve as a Student Assistant during your study hall period, please see Mrs. Sturgeon ASAP.
Last night the cross country team competed at the McDonald Suburban meet. We would like to congratulate Jakob Rose who came in 3rd place, Zach Meyer 13th place, Adam Nottingham 24th place and Connor Meyer 25th place out of 159 runners.
We would also like to congratulate Austin Stassinis, Cole Faler, Joe Cusimano, Matt Biery, Zoe Bechdel, BriAnna Saner, Ariell Groubert, Alexis Collins and Kristen Corvin for beating their personal records
This year’s homecoming game will be October 6. And the dance will be the October 7th.
