Monday, September 25, 2017. Here’s what’s happening:
There will be a meeting for those interested in indoor track after school today in room 904.
All Freshmen working on the hallway for Spirit week are to meet in Señora Fee's room today during lunch to finalize plans.
Attention Staff and Students: Picture day is next Tuesday, October 3. Extra picture forms are available in the main office.
There will be a drama meeting after school on Wednesday in room 705.
Attention all FRESHMEN: t-shirt order forms are outside of Senora Fee's room (918). Stop by ASAP to order your shirt for Spirit Week. You can turn in forms and money to Senora Fee or any of the class officers. All money and order forms MUST be turned in by Wednesday in order to place the order.
Senior t-shirts are now on sale through tomorrow. Cost is $12 and is due at the time of order. See Taylor Hall to place your order.
Homecoming tickets are now on sale at lunch through October 6th. Tickets can also be purchased before or after school in room 907B. If you are planning on bringing an outside guest you must get a guest form for approval from Mr. Hampton in room 907B.
This Friday NHS will be hosting the Red Cross for the LaBrae Fall Blood Drive. If you are 16 years old or older, you can pick up a permission slip in room 924. See Frau Cusimano for slips and with any questions or concerns. Show your Viking Pride and donate!
Any junior interested in taking the PSAT test on Wednesday, October 11, can see Miss Nogales with your $16 payment. Deadline is September 29.
The cross country team competed at the Lordstown Invitational Saturday and would like to congratulate Jakob Rose who came in 1st place, Zach Meyer 4th, Adam Nottingham 7th, Connor Meyer 8th and Austin Stassinis 18th. The Boys placed 1st overall as a team. The girls placed 3rd overall as a team with Chloe Rose coming in 6th place, Ariell Groubert 12th and Zoe Bechdel 16th.
Congratulations also to Jakob Rose, Zach Meyer, Connor Meyer, Austin Stassinis, Cole Faler, Joe Cusimano, Trenton McCombs, Mark Munroe, Matt Biery, Chloe Rose, Zoe Bechdel, BriAnna Saner, Ariell Groubert, Alexis Collins and Mikaela Thompson for beating their personal records.
