Attention all students and staff!

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness month and we celebrate the
cause with support and respect for those fighting the great fight and the hope
for a cure. To honor those brave individuals and to spread awareness, we are
asking our students and staff to wear PINK on Monday, October 19th and
Tuesday, October 20th.

Unity Day is also held during the month of October. The goal of the day is to
send the message that bullying is not acceptable and that all students deserve
to be safe in school, online and in the community. We are asking that our
students and staff wear orange on Wednesday, October 21st and Thursday,
October 22nd.

In addition to Unity day, we will be wearing orange in solidarity as
Vikings to honor a Howland High School student who passed away in a
tragic car accident last week.
