LaBrae Local Schools is using Stopfinder, a transportation app available to parents that puts critical busing information at the fingertips of parents. Stopfinder is the easy-to-use, all-in-one app that allows you to have the most accurate information about your student’s bus schedule at anytime from anywhere. In addition to displaying your student’s transportation information, Stopfinder includes a private messaging feature that will allow you to communicate directly with the LaBrae Transportation Department. You can also create GeoAlerts for your student, which will notify you when the bus has arrived or departed from any location on your student’s route, including their assigned bus stop and school. GeoAlert Alert Zones can be created for individual students allowing you to customize the Alert Zone based on their bus route. Parents can even share their child's busing information with relatives and trusted friends.
The email address that is currently on file with the district will be used for Stopfinder setup. Parents will want to ensure that the district has an accurate email on file for the student's primary contact. Please contact the your child's school office if you need to make a change to your primary email.
Stopfinder can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play. Stopfinder will require an invite and registration through the district prior to accessing your student’s transportation schedule. Parents who are not subscribing to Stopfinder will get a personalized invite prior to the start of school to register for the app. At any time during the year, a parent new to the district, or a parent not currently on the app, can contact the transportation department and request an invite to Stopfinder.
Please contact Mrs. Carole Misinay, LaBrae Transportation Supervisor, at 330.989.0231 with any questions.

Please remember that your child(ren) need to be at the bus stop for pick up at least 5 minutes prior to the bus arrival. Bus drivers are not required to stop and wait for children to come out of their residence for pick up. While our drivers are often times considerate, we ask that you cooperate in getting your children to the stop on time.
