RoboVikes News:
There is currently a FB contest being hosted by Pitsco Education (the company we get our robotics equipment from), whichever project photo gets the most likes, they will send a class pack of STEM maker kits to. We are trying to win these kits to help supply a STEM Learning Box community service project the team will be working on (this will also have a video aspect to it, if you are looking for some collaboration projects our classes can work on together...more on this project later).
The contest runs through Monday, December 12th. Here are a couple screenshots
College Admission Test Prep:
A.C.T. Test Supercourse is "FREE for OH Juniors Only" February 28th, March 14th & 28th and April 15, 2023.
January 8th - February 5th*; 12:00 - 2:50 pm.
*Depending on finishing before the February 11th test is risky due to weather cancellations. Course meets 5 Sundays (14 hours).
Tuition for this course is determined by enrollment: $259 (14) to $299 (at least 7).
This 'Course' includes the official ACT Prep Guide with 100% actual questions & tests.
Class time is test taking instruction & not for practicing. Practice is assigned as weekly homework (about 30 minutes/daily).
Motivated students who attend EVERY class second and complete ALL assignments regularly increase their score by 2, 3 or more points!
