Attention Seniors:

There are a lot of scholarships available don't miss out!

 

  Majorette Tryouts are Today, March 7th at 4:00 pm.   Applications must be signed by a parent/guardian.   

 

ACT Testing Information:

On Tuesday, March 12th, LaBrae High School will be administering the ACT test to all LaBrae Juniors (including TCTC Juniors).  All 9th, 10th & 12th graders will be learning remotely on Tuesday, March 12th..  There will not be any in-person learning for 9th, 10th & 12th grade students on that day.  TCTC Seniors will attend school as normal.  Students can access assignments through Google Classroom or through paper handouts from their teachers.

Completed forms are due on March 13, 2024.  Application day is 3/22/2024.

Attention KSU CCP Students:

School Prom Dress Event: “Bling Bash”

Ladies are you interested in attending prom, but feel the expense is too much. Come join us on March 14th for an evening of pampering.  Champion High School and the Warren Junior Women’s League will be holding a prom dress closet event.  We have an extensive display of dresses, shoes, jewelry, and handbags all available for your choosing.  And it’s all free!!

If you’re in need of a dress, shoes and some bling, please join us that evening for a night of fun!

Basketball Banquet Info:

The banquet will be Thursday, March 21st @ 5:30 pm in the LHS Cafeteria.  Players & Cheerleaders are FREE, but you need to pick up your ticket.  Additional tickets are on sale for $20 until March 15th.  Ticket can be picked up in the Athletic Office.

 

Braceville Township Summer Work Program:

The Braceville Township Road Dept. is currently in the process of looking for applicants for the upcoming summer work program.

Essential Functions:

1.  Perform general unskilled labor requiring little or no experience

2.  Assists in semi-skilled work.

3.  Operate township equipment

4.  Follow all safety rules and regulations

Employment Requirements:

1.  Possession of a valid state of Ohio Drivers License.

2.  General knowledge of hand tools.

NEOMED would like to share information for NEOMED’s MEDCAMP Program this summer: July 11 – 13, 2024. 

The application deadline for MEDCAMP is Friday, April 26, 2024!  

Program Dates:  July 11 – 13, 2024

Location:  Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED)

MEDCAMP is a three-day intensive immersion experience held in the summer, designed to stimulate students’ interests in the sciences related to medicine and to expose them to opportunities in those fields. The program provides “hands-on” experiences in biomedical science workshops involving research, clinical problem-solving and an introduction to the fields of clinical medicine.

Eligibility:  For students 18 years or older who have graduated high school at the time of the MEDCAMP and are enrolled and/or attending a university for Fall 2024.  (Senior high school students must have graduated in Spring 2024 and have turned 18 by July 11, 2024, to be eligible.)
