7th and 12th Grade Immunization Requirements

Parents, please be aware there are immunization requirements for students entering 7th and 12th grades.  Please see the details in the PDF below.  Immunization records for ALL new students and students entering 7th and 12th grades are due by September 30, 2024.  If you have questions, please email liz [dot] sutlifflabrae [dot] school (Mrs Sutliff).  Make your appointments early to avoid the rush at the start of school.  Thank you.
