Bascom Elementary News

Thanks to awesome reviews from parents, teachers and — most importantly — campers, Camp Invention^® returns to Bascom Elementary the week of June 9-13 with an all-new program! Kids entering grades K-6 will team up for exciting STEM challenges, like creating their own claw machine, embarking on an epic penguin expedition and more! LaBrae residents who have a child that turns five years old after August 1st but before December 31, of the current school year may apply for screening to be considered for early entrance into kindergarten.  The needed forms can be found below or in the Bascom Elementary School office.  The completed referral form, early entrance surveys, and proof of residency should be turned in to the Bascom office or the Superintendent’s office.  Please refer any questions to the Bascom Principal, Maggie Kowach, at 330-898-3041.
