Open Enrollment Information for the 2025-2026 School Year

Open enrollment registration for new students will be conducted in the Superintendent’s Office from Monday, March 3^rd through Monday, March 31^st. This open enrollment period is only for students not already attending LaBrae on open enrollment.

Hours for open enrollment are 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

• Applications will only be available from March 1^st through March 31^st.
• Applications can be printed from the website on March 1st or picked up in the Superintendent's Office starting on March 3^rd.
• Completed applications are to be returned to the Superintendent's Office in person and include all required documents listed below.
• No applications will be accepted via the U.S. Postal Service or by fax.
• No applications will be accepted if missing required documents.
   

No applications will be accepted after March 31, 2025.
 

Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2025.

Submit copies of the following documents with your application:

1. Birth Certificate
2. Social Security Card
3. Immunization Records
4. Current Proof of Residency (see Acceptable Forms for Proof of Residency)
   1. If you reside with someone, who is not the biological parent, and a utility bill is not in your name, then you and the person you are residing with will need to complete the entire Residency Affidavit.
   2. If accepted for open enrollment, another current proof of residency will need to be submitted at the time of registration.
5. School Records (high school transcript, interim/report card, state test scores)
6. Custody or Guardianship Papers (if applicable)
7. IEP/ETR (if applicable)

You will be notified by mail of acceptance or denial by June 30, 2025.
