Wednesday, April 4, 2018. Here’s what’s happening:

There will be a brief student council meeting at the beginning of lunch on Thursday, April 5 in the lounge across from the cafeteria to discuss upcoming events.

Student Council will be hosting the spring blood drive on Thursday, April 19, 2018, from 8 am to 1 pm. Sign-ups and permission slips are available in Mr. Hampton's room, 907B.

ATTENTION STUDENTS ATTENDING THE YSU ENGLISH FESTIVAL:  IF YOU HAVE NOT TURNED IN SIX BOOK QUESTIONNAIRES, YOU ARE BEHIND IN YOUR READING AND ARE IN JEOPARDY OF NOT BEING ABLE TO ATTEND THE FESTIVAL!  YOU MUST HAVE ALL SEVEN QUESTIONNAIRES TURNED IN TO MRS. Thursday, March 29, 2018. Here’s what’s happening:

OSAIC would like to thank all students who auditioned for this year’s talent show. The show performers are posted outside of room 928. ALL performers please listen to the announcements for important information and dates. This year’s show will take place Friday, May 11^th at 6:30 pm in the auditorium. 

Attention Students:  Last day to order your yearbook at $55.00 is March 31^st.  Cost goes up to  $60.00 April 1^st.  Order forms are available in Mrs. Aldridge’s room #909.

Wednesday, March 28, 2018. Here’s what’s happening:

Attention OSAIC members: Please meet in Mrs. Gilbert’s room, 928, TODAY during lunch if you can. We need to finalize the talent show line up. Thank you!

Students that have signed up or would like to assist with Community Night tonight, please be here at the school by 4:45 pm.

Attention SADD members: SADD member picture is scheduled for tomorrow morning. Wear or bring your SADD shirt or ANY LaBrae shirt for the picture.

Attention students:  LaBrae HS student clubs are hosting a community night this evening. Free dinner will be served at 5:30 with a well-known speaker, David Kohout, Talk Is Cheap, at 6:00 pm. Bring your families and come enjoy an exciting evening!!

Report cards will go home with students tomorrow.  Students owing school fees will not receive their report card.  If you unsure if you owe fees, please check in the main office.

Drama practice for tonight is canceled for tonight.  Practice will resume tomorrow.

Friday, March 23, 2018. Here’s what’s happening:

Attention students: The last talent show audition day is next Tuesday, March 27th after school in the auditorium. If you did not audition yesterday, next Tuesday is the last opportunity to do so. See Mrs. Gilbert with any concerns. 

Attention OSAIC members: This is a reminder that if you signed up to help setup after school for the Bascom dance tomorrow night please be in the cafeteria by 1:00 TODAY.  If you are signed up to work the dance TOMORROW night, please plan to arrive in the cafeteria by 5:45 and plan to stay for some clean up. Thank you to all who volunteered!

Attention Talent Show performers: Talent Show auditions are TODAY in room Mrs. Gilbert’s room #928 after school. All OSAIC members are expected to attend. Last audition date is next Tuesday, March 27^th in the auditorium after school. You must attend one of these auditions to be considered for the show. See Mrs. Gilbert immediately with any questions.

Friday, March 16, 2018. Here’s what’s happening:

There will be a student council meeting on Wednesday, March 21, during lunch in the lounge across from the cafeteria.

The Basketball Banquet will be held Monday at 6:00 pm here in the cafeteria.  Players and cheerleaders can pick up their complimentary ticket in the athletic office all other guests must purchase tickets.  Cost is $12.50 each.  All tickets must be purchased by end of the day today.

Attention students:  LaBrae Cheerleading tryouts for 2018/2019 will be held April 6th, Please pick up your tryout packet and sign up in the athletic office by March 23rd if you are interested in trying out for cheerleading next year.
